Howard Morgan is the Managing Director of specialist international research, training and management consultancy, Kingsley Lipsey Morgan, and one of the UK’s leading specialists in customer service in the property industry.
He co-founded, Kingsley Lipsey Morgan, in 1998, together with US based co-directors, Mike Lipsey and John Falco, to help property industry clients to improve customer satisfaction, develop new products and services, and increase property performance. Since then he has developed a client base comprising major property companies, institutions and property advisors.
Kingsley Lipsey Morgan launched REAL SERVICE in 2004, a new benchmarking group bringing together 33 property owners and managing agents who are working to improve their understanding of the link between customer service and property performance.
Howard Morgan is a regular contributor to journals, and a speaker at conferences and in-house seminars, on the themes of customer service and business ethics in the property industry. He is Chairman of the judging panel for the RICS Property Management Awards.

Saville joined the Kingsley Lipsey Morgan team in 2002, bringing with him over 20 years experience in information technology systems development and business management consultancy. His initial responsibilities were to develop the company's data systems and in so doing to support the fast growth of the company. He has since been responsible for the design and development of several in-house and customer facing projects.
Today he holds the position of Operations Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management of client projects and product development.
