The Kingsley Index

The KINGSLEY INDEX enables our clients to answer the simple question "how does our performance compare with international best practice?"

This benchmarking index brings together data from over 20,000 customer interviews carried out in North America and Europe. The Index can be segmented by property type (office, retail, industrial, business park), location, size and class and provides an authoritative and independent standard against which to benchmark service and product performance.

Each benchmark measures customer satisfaction across around twenty key attributes including building image and features, on-site services and performance of leasing and management.

The KINGSLEY INDEX provides our clients with confidential access to a continuously updated database and the ability to identify where they sit in the industry rankings.

Clients can use the Kingsley Index to:
